Summer Holidays

 

We have had a few people on holiday recently so there has been even more food to share between us!!  The deliveries have also been very generous these last few weeks so people have been busy making all sorts of inventive dishes with their food box.  Here is a quote from one of our members:

''It’s like ready steady cook at mealtimes in my house depending what food has arrived. The tomato soup was perfect for lunch when it was so wet and cold on Tuesday and I’ve made a tasty veggie curry with tins of potatoes, green beans and tomatoes along with a few lentils and veggies that needed using up in the fridge ''
