What more sausages?!

 

Food Hub has been going for over 4 months now and the most common food is Sausages ! 

It has become a regular shout from the kitchen as we give out the food boxes,
'Do you want sausages this week?', followed by a groan 'Not more sausages'!!!  We should be so grateful for them and the fact that they are not going to landfill but sometimes we are not.  Receiving weekly food boxes requires a different way of thinking about our weekly food and we need to be inventive.  So we decided to search for interesting ways to cook sausages and we now regularly share recipes and fun ways to cook with our food.  The picture above shows 'sausage pasta pot' and what a revolution it is, tasty, easy, quick and uses many ingredients from our food boxes.  Its a win, win.  We hope that you enjoy it 😋
